2025-2026 Registration OPEN 2/7
Hello! My name is Miss Jen and I teach the UPK 4/5 year old classes. I was born in Nebraska but moved to Loveland when I was 5 years old and I've been here ever since. When my oldest two children were in elementary school, I taught in their computer lab, calling all 500 students at the school my own. My husband Steve and I have four kids, Addyson, Mikaela, Theodore, and Everett. We also have our own zoo, as we have two dogs, one guinea pig, two ferrets, a hamster, and a tank full of goldfish! I really enjoy playing games with my family, spending time in the mountains, and paper crafting. Thank you for allowing me to play a part in your kiddo's life!
I started working at Loveland Preschool in October 2021. Prior to that, I worked for 4 years as a teacher’s aide at Lakewood United Methodist Preschool (LUMP) in Lakewood, CO. LUMP is a play-based preschool where parents also volunteer in the classroom daily. My own kids went to Steele Cooperative Preschool in Denver, and I served on the board and as the tour manager there. I am very familiar with the play-based, cooperative style of preschool from both a parent and a teacher perspective and I love how it involves parents in their kids’ preschool experience. I live in Fort Collins (where I grew up) with my husband, Matt; my children Dylan and Maia; and our dogs Autumn & Baxter. I like to read, craft, camp, play outdoors, and spend time with my friends and family.

Hi, my name is Rachel. I was born in Michigan, moved all up and down the East coast, and then in 2010 I landed in Colorado. I have been working in early childhood education for the last 13 years and absolutely love it. In my free time I enjoy getting outside with my husband, children, and our chocolate lab Bailey. I also enjoy creating art, reading mystery novels and cooking international cuisine. I am looking forward to being part of and contributing to the wonderful community that LPS has created.

Hi, I am Cassie and I’ve been part of the Loveland Preschool family for the past five years, first as a parent, then as a board member and teacher’s aide. I’m now thrilled to be stepping into the role of lead teacher in our 2/3 class.
I grew up in Fort Collins and pursued an early childhood education focus at FRCC. I married my high school sweetheart in 2009 who joined the Navy and we traveled where he was stationed. I lived overseas in Japan in 2011 for 4 years. While my husband was on and off deployments, I played roller derby and traveled around Asia. We settled down in Loveland in 2016 and have two sons and a dog. I enjoy going to yoga classes, playing games with my boys, building miniatures and painting my nails.
My name is Miss Morgan and I am so excited to become a part of Loveland Preschool!
My daughter attended the 3/4s class in 2017, and my son has been attending since 2023. I have always had a passion for being a part of watching children learn, grow, and discover the world around them. This passion has pushed me to pursue a career in early childhood education! I have completed my ECE Assistant Teacher Certification through Front Range Community College, and will complete my certification for ECE Paraeducators in May of this year.
My family LOVES to camp and be outdoors! You can find us at Boyd Lake throughout the summer, and also road tripping with our camper around Colorado. I find joy hiking, going to Red Rocks, heading to local bike parks, or cuddling on the couch for our weekly family movie nights!
I am so grateful for this opportunity, and for the wonderful staff at LPS for welcoming me with open arms!
My name is Liz Dratch. I’m a mom to two children, Wallace & Vasey, and I have 3 bonus daughters named Ella, Ruby and Julia. They are my entire world and my biggest joy. Before Loveland Preschool came into my employment life, I was a small business owner for 10 years and before that I worked in the apparel industry in NYC. My favorite activities outside of spending time with my family are reading, yoga, traveling and my dream would be to open a bookstore someday. Thank you for welcoming me and I’m so excited to be apart of this great community that is LPS.
Hi! My name is Natalie Davidson and I am the Pre-K Teacher's Aide in the 4/5 class. I have taught art to elementary and high school students, both in public schools and private companies. My experience also includes childcare in daycare, after school programs, and various summer camps. My children attended Loveland Preschool in previous years, where I served on the board before joining the staff in February 2022. In my spare time you will find me painting, baking, enjoying game night, or going on adventures with my husband and two kids.
My name is Miss Lizzie and I am an aide in the UPK 4/5 classroom. I am a former high school Mathematics teacher from a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. My family moved to Colorado in September of 2022, so my twin boys Ethan and Owen had the pleasure of attending Loveland Preschool last year. I also have a daughter, Addie, who will be lucky enough to attend LPS next year. In my spare time, I love spending time with family, hiking or climbing in the mountains, and whenever possible I love to travel to new places and see the world.
